1. Tournament Tickets & Entry Fees

Tournament tickets and entry fees are generally non-refundable once registration is confirmed, as tournament organization, scheduling, and operational costs begin immediately.

No refund after bracket publication or tournament start
No refund for disqualification due to rule violations
No refund for failure to attend matches

Refunds may be considered only if the tournament is canceled by Esports Maroc or significantly postponed without an alternative date.

2. Digital Products

Due to the nature of digital products (instant delivery, downloadable content, access credentials, or licenses), all digital product sales are final.

No refunds after download or access is provided
No refunds for incorrect purchases made by the customer
No refunds for compatibility issues not caused by Esports Maroc

3. Exceptional Circumstances

In rare cases, refunds may be granted at our sole discretion, including:

Duplicate payments
Technical errors caused by our systems
Failure to deliver a purchased digital product
