How to Play • EA SPORTS FC 26 Tournament

Join Discord, redeem your ticket code with /redeem, access your private match channel, and play & report results.

🔒 Privacy: never post your ticket code in public channels. The bot auto-deletes messages starting with !join.

Quick Start (5 steps)

Join the Discord
Click this invite and accept the rules. Make sure you can see the tournament channels (support / announcements).

Get your Ticket Code
After registering, you receive a unique one-time CODE. Keep it private (don’t share it).

Redeem your Code (recommended)
In Discord, use the private slash command:
/redeem CODE

If the code is valid & unused, the bot marks it as USED = YES, adds your Discord tag, and gives you a match role (example: match-05-player) to unlock your private channel #match-05.

Find your match + check schedule
You can check your match/time/status anytime with:
!my_match

Your match time is in Africa/Casablanca. The bot will post a warning at T-10 minutes.

Play & report issues
Play your match inside your private channel. If there is a problem, use:
!dispute reason...

For results: staff will record the winner & score and the opponent can confirm/dispute. Please attach screenshots when asked.

Automatic match notifications

⏳ Warning	T-10 min: “Get ready!” message in your match channel.
🕒 Countdown	A live countdown appears in the last 10 minutes before start.
✅ Start	At scheduled time: “Match Started!” message and status becomes game started.
🔒 Privacy	If you type !join CODE in public, the bot deletes it and DM’s you the safe method.

Tip: If you don’t see /redeem, restart Discord or re-open the server. Make sure you’re using the command inside the server (not DMs).

Commands you might need

/redeem CODE	Redeem your private ticket code and unlock your match channel.
!my_match	Show your match ID, scheduled time, and current status.
!dispute reason...	Open a private referee thread for help (screenshots/video recommended).
Results (staff)	Admins record results and the opponent confirms/disputes. Channel locks after finish.

Core Rules (FC 26)

Be on time. Schedules are in Africa/Casablanca.
Respect players & staff. Toxic behavior = disqualification.
No cheating, glitches abuse, or unfair play. Referee decisions are final.
Keep your ticket code private. Sharing codes may remove your access.
Provide proof when needed (screenshots/video of final score).

FAQ

My code says “Invalid or already used”.

Double-check spelling (no spaces). Codes are one-time use. If you redeemed it before, it won’t work again. Contact staff if you believe it’s an error.

I redeemed but I don’t see my private match channel.

Make sure you received a role like match-XX-player. If yes, re-open Discord / relog. If still missing, ping support.

I posted my code in public by mistake.

No worries: the bot deletes it for privacy and sends you the safe instructions in DM. Use /redeem instead.

My opponent doesn’t respond / doesn’t show up.

Stay in your match channel and message staff. Provide screenshots of chat/time. Admins can decide a forfeit or reschedule depending on bracket rules.
