EsportsMaroc operates esportsmaroc.com, organizes community esports events, and provides an ecommerce Shop featuring select products and services. Operating details: Esports Maroc, Floor 11, 04 Naval St, Maarif CASABLANCA, MOROCCO.

2) Acceptance of Terms

If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Services. If you use the Services on behalf of an organization, you confirm you have authority to accept these Terms for that organization.

3) Eligibility & Territory

• You must meet the minimum age and eligibility requirements for each event or purchase.
• If you are under the age of majority, a parent or legal guardian must consent.
• You are responsible for ensuring your participation and purchases comply with laws in your location.
• We may restrict access by territory, platform, skill level, capacity, or payment method where needed.

4) Accounts & Registration

• You agree to provide accurate information (email, usernames/IDs, Discord tag if required) and keep it updated.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and login credentials.
• We may request verification to prevent fraud and maintain fair participation.

5) Events, Tournaments & Rules

Events are governed by the rules and details shown on each event page (“Event Rules”), including format, scheduling, eligibility, evidence requirements, dispute procedures, and penalties. Administrative decisions are final to protect fair play and event integrity.

6) Event Registration, Tickets & Fees

• Entry fees, dates, format, capacity, and restrictions are listed on the event page.
• Your registration is confirmed only after successful payment and confirmation on the site and/or email.
• Any access codes or tickets are personal and must not be shared or resold unless explicitly allowed.
• We may refuse or cancel registrations to protect event integrity or prevent fraud.

7) Refunds, Cancellations & Changes (Events)

• Refunds are generally not available once brackets are seeded or access codes are issued, except where required by law.
• If an event is canceled before it begins, we will offer a refund or credit (where legally permitted).
• If changes occur due to technical issues or circumstances beyond reasonable control, we may reschedule or modify the event.
• Refunds (if approved) are issued to the original payment method unless otherwise agreed.

8) Prizes & Taxes

• Prize amounts and distribution are described on the event page and/or Event Rules.
• Winners may need to provide identity and payment details to receive prizes.
• You are responsible for any taxes or reporting obligations related to prizes.
• We may substitute prizes of equal or greater value if necessary.

9) Participant Conduct & Fair Play

• No cheating, exploiting, collusion, match manipulation, harassment, hate speech, or abusive behavior.
• Violations may result in penalties including disqualification, forfeiture, bans, and/or withholding prizes (as legally permitted).
• Participants must follow staff instructions to keep events safe, respectful, and fair.

10) Streaming, Recording & Media Rights

• By participating, you grant EsportsMaroc a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use your in-game name, team name, likeness, and match footage for event coverage, brackets, highlights, and results.
• Personal streaming may be allowed unless an event page states otherwise. Do not reveal private codes or confidential lobby data.

11) Shop / Ecommerce Terms

The EsportsMaroc Shop may offer (a) Our Products sold directly by us (digital items, services, access/memberships), and (b) Affiliate Products sold by third-party partners via affiliate links.

• You agree to provide accurate details required to deliver digital items or grant access.
• We may refuse or cancel orders to prevent fraud, abuse, or if required information is missing.
• You are responsible for keeping delivered codes, links, or access credentials secure.

12) Affiliate Products Disclosure

Some pages contain affiliate links. If you click an affiliate link and purchase from a third-party partner, EsportsMaroc may earn a commission at no extra cost to you.

26) Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Morocco, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. Courts located in Morocco shall have exclusive jurisdiction, unless mandatory local law requires otherwise.
